I'm looking for a product?

In our Per Sempre Toys “The wooden toy store" Webshop you can choose a "Filter" from the menu until you find the right gift. You first select the category you prefer (Indoor toys, Outdoor Toys, Children's furniture etc.). Then you filter on to a subcategory (eg. Dollhouse). So you'll always achieve the desired result.

If you're looking for a particular product, you can enter a search term in the white field at the front page on the left. Our search engine will then show one or more results.

If the article is (temporarily) not available on our website, this will be shown in the display. You can not therefore order the product. You can post your email address so we can keep you informed as soon as the product is back in stock.

It is not always easy to find the right color of a product through a picture on your computer or smartphone to determine and see if it suits you. Each screen is slightly different. Please feel free to contact us and we will try to help you. Sometimes we know the code of the color, another time we can send you a sample of the product code of the color.

 

I can not add products to order!

Probably your computer does not accept "cookies" or the browser's security level is set too high. A cookie is a special code that identifies each time you visit our site so that you are familiar with us.

 

Payment options

 

We do our best to provide safe and several payment options. At Per Sempre Toys you can pay with Paypal, Bancontact / Mr. Cash bank transfer and more. For more information, opportunities and possible cost of the Order go to the Procedure page.

 

We can also arrange a cash on delivery –shipment for you.

 

Can I order by COD (cash on delivery)?

 

Yes you can. The extra costs at which the carrier calculates us, will be added. More information about a COD-shipment can be found on the Delivery method page. Would you like to make an appointment for a cash on delivery shipment, please contact us.

 

I completed my order and paid. But I have not received an email with order confirmation?

Check first if the order confirmation has come into your spam filter. If not so, please contact us. Sometimes it's something as simple as that you made a typo in your email address. Then the emails do not arrive naturally.

 

Can I cancel an order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You've, after cancellation, again 14 days to send your product back to us. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to Per Sempre Toys are for own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible – must be returned in its original condition and packaging to Per Sempre Toys. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@persempretoys.nl. You can use the model withdrawal form. We will then refund your order amount owed within 14 days after registration of your return refund, if the product has been received in good order return.

 

Returns: return an order

You must take care of the order for return and contribute normally bear the costs. If you want to return a shipment, please let us know please. We almost always have a good solution to return. Ask us!

Alongside other securities the Hallmark Webshops Foundation offers, you can always turn to the arbitration board of the Hallmark Webshops Foundation.

 

Can I order from abroad?

It is possible to deliver an order to a country other than the Netherlands. You will receive the invoice by e-mail, and we will send the package to your specified delivery address. This address can be entered during the order in the appropriate boxes. Gifts will be delivered within two working days after placing your order to you specified delivery address.

 

Is it safe if I pay over the internet?

There is much debate about the reliability of buy and pay online. Therefore Per Sempre Toys does everything possible to offer customers security. Per Sempre Toys belongs to Hallmark Webshops Foundation. Our payments are processed by the same partner who also processes the payment, for example, Lottery, Lotto, Miss Etam, RTL Netherlands, Bruna and Dixons. Where is my shipment?

Usually our products are sent by courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS). Once we have a tracking number we send it to you, so that you can track your order and can see when scheduled for delivery! More information on the page Delivery method. Sometimes something goes wrong with a courier and is the mission a day later because this mission has missed a connection or the driver could not find the address. If you have questions about the status of your shipment don’t hesitate to ask us as soon as u can. Couriers are almost all accessible only during business hours. The solution of a problem for a Saturday delivery on Friday after 17:00 succeed unfortunately almost never .... So put in time to ring the bell!

 

I added the shipment number that I received on the website of the courier, which indicates that the number does not exist?

After we create your shipping label, sometimes couriers change the label number. If that happens the website of the courier indicates that they do not know your mission. Please contact us and we will figure out the new shipment number for you.

 

I want my order quickly!

There are often ways to deliver an order quickly. Sometimes there are extra charges. Please contact our customer service and we will absolutely find the best solution for you. Would you like to have your order really fast? We have a part of our assortment in stock and sometimes you can pick up the order yourself.

 

I want to buy a Kidkraft product. Which are difficult to put together?
