How do I search for a product?

In out  Per Sempre Toys "the wooden toy shop" webshop, you can filter your choices until you have found the product you were looking for. You first select the preferred category (Indoor Play, Outdoor Play, Childrens Furniture enz.). Then choose a subcategory (dollhouse). This is how you achieve the desired result. 

If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the search bar located on the left side on the home screen. The search machine will show one or more results. 

if the article is not available on our website at that moment it will say that on the screen. You will also not be able to order the product. You can leave your email address and we can email you when the product comes in. 

It is not always easy to determine the colour of a product on the computer or smartphone. This makes it hard to see if the product suits your style. Each display is a bit different. Please contact us and we will try to help. We may know the code of the colour or we could send you a sample of the colour. 


I am unable to add products to my shopping cart to order. 

Your computer may not accept 'cookies' or the safety level on your browser is too high. a 'cookie' is a special code that identifies each time you visit our site that you are familiar with us. 


Payment Options

We try our best to offer you safe and different ways to pay. At  Per Sempre Toys "the wooden toy shop" you can pay with Ideal, Bancontract/Mr. Cash bank transfer and many more. for more information, options and possible costs, go to the Bestelprocedure page. We can also arrange a shipment for you. 


Can I order by COD? 

Yes, you can. There are additional costs which the deliverer charges. For more information about shipment, visit the delivery method page Verzendwijze. If you would like to make an appointment for cash or delivery please contact us. 


I completed my order and paid but i have not yet recieved my confirmation email. 

Have a look in your span filter for the order confirmation. If it is not there, you can then contact us. Sometimes it is simple to fix, maybe there was a fault in your email address when you typed it in which may be why you didn't receive an email. 


Can I cancel an order? 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the product. You have a further 14 days to send the product back once you have canceled the order. You will then be given a total refund including shipping. You will be charged with a returning fee. If you choose to cancel your order, you must return everything in its original condition including packaging. We will then refund your money within 14 days if the product has been returned in the original condition. 


Returns: returning an order: 

If you choose to return your order, you must pay for the shipping for it to arrive back at  Per Sempre Toys "the wooden toy shop". if you want to return an order, please let us know via email. We will be able to find out the best way to return your order. Ask us!



Eventhough we try our hardest to offer the best customer service, sometimes we make a mistake. If you are disappointed with our service, send a complaint.

Can I place an order from another country? 

It is possible to order an article and then send it t another country or to order it from another country and send it to England. The invoice is sent to you via the mail and we will deliver the package to to your specified delivery address. This address can be entered during the order in the approprite boxes. Gifts will be delivered within 2 working days of placng your order to your specified delivery address. 


is it safe to pay online? 

There is a lot of discussion about the reliability of buying and paying via internet. That is why  Per Sempre Toys "the wooden toy shop" is doing everything possible to offer customers security.  Per Sempre Toys "the wooden toy shop" is in partnership with Stichting Keurmerk Webshops. Our payments are processed by the same company who processes the payments for Staatsloterij, Lotto, Miss Etam, RTL Nederland, Bruna en Dixons. Where is my shipping? 

Usually our products are sent by courier such as (DHL, Fedex, TNT of UPS). Once we have a tracking number we will send that to you so you so you can follow your order and see when it is scheduled to arrive. For more information visit the Verzendwijze page. Sometimes something goes wrong with the courier so the order may come a day later because the order may have missed a connection or the driver could not find the address. If you have questions about your shipment, please do not hesitateto ask but please ask on time. Almost all couriers are accessible during business hours only. We are unable to solve a problem on a Friday night after 5pm for a Saturday delivery so please contact us on time. 


I filled out the number that I received on the website of the courier, but it says that the number does not exist. 

After we create your shipping number, the courier may then change the number once they get the order. If that happens, the website of the courierwill say that the order does not exist. Please contact us and we will figure out the new shipment number for you. 


I want my order quickly. 

There are often ways to deliver an order quickly. Sometimes there are extra charges. Please contact our klantenservice and we will find the best solution for you. Do you need your order as soon as possible? We do have many articles in storage so you are welcome to come and pick it up. 


I would like to buy a Kidkraft product. Is it difficult to put together?
