Welcome to the page 'Order Procedure'. On this page you will find information about ordering and paying on the Per Sempre Toys 'the wooden toy shop' webshop.

When you shop with an affiliated webshop, you know as a customer that:

  • You can pay safely.
  • You know for certain where you are shopping (the contact details have been verified) - (de contact gegevens zijn gecontroleerd).
  • Your privacy is guaranteed (the privacy statement) - (de privacy verklaring).
  • You know that there is an independent conflict resolution to solve problems that arise online which is a part of Webshop Trustmark.
  • The Trustmark-code has conditions (voorwaarden ) which must be observed by an affiliated store. These have been agreed by the Consumer Affairs. 
  • You may claim a guarantee fund. (Webshop Trustmark) - (Webshop Keurmerk).
  • You get a cooling-off period of 14 days instead of the legal 7 days. 
  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of obtaining your order. This does not apply to custom products. You have to take care of the return of the order. 

In other words, shopping on the internet is safe and reliable.

To place an order, follow the steps shown below: 

Step 1 Shopping and 'My Shopping Cart' 

While you are shopping, you can put products in the shopping cart. You can do this by filling out the number of items you would like to buy on the page of the product. Then you press 'Add To Cart' on the top right of the screen. You will be able to see the list of selected items in the shopping cart. You are able to change the quanitiy of the products or remove them. Once you have finished shopping press the 'Checkout' button. You then come to the page where you enter your address. You also choose a payment option. 


Step 2 Checkout: fill out your personal information

You have clicked on the button 'Checkout' in the 'Shopping Cart'. The next page is the 'Checkout' which is where you fill out your personal details so we can send you your order confirmation, invoice, shipment information and order. On this page you will be asked to choose how you will pay for your order. More information over payment, have a look at step 3. 

If you are already registered on our website, you can login with your email address and password. If you are a new customer, you can fill in your details under 'billing address'. We will not share this information with third parties. You can also put down another address to send your order to. At the bottom of the 'Checkout' page, is a check box with the text 'send to the same address'. If you untick this box check box, you can then fill in the 'shipping address', which must be different to the 'billing address'. You also have the chance to make an account if you choose to. If you choose to, click the check box that says 'make an account'. The only thing that you need to do to make an account is to make a password so you can login the next time you visit. Another important advantage of making an account is that you can follow your order online using the shipping number of the courier via email but if you don't create an account you can no longer look up this information on our website.

Step 3 Paying: choose your payment 

Your order is complete and you have filled out your personal details. The next step is choosing your payment method.

It is important to know that you are ot paying at per Sempre Yoys but at a specialised company who takes care of this part of the process. The company that does this for per Sempre Toys is MultiSafePay. Companies such as this are known as Payment Service Providers. This means that they are responsible for regulating the contracts, technical details and payments for each payment method. MultiSafePay must meet many legal requirements and is supervised byb the Nederlandse bank. You give your personal information such as your credit card details to MultiSafePay not per Sempre Toys. This method is the most reliable and safest way for you.

For the Netherlands and Belgium, there are a few online payment options. A bank transfer with IBAN is also possible. Some payment methods include an additional fee. They are the same charges that the bank sends to us. There is no charge if you pay with Ideal, Mr.Cash or Overwrite Bank. 


There are two options if you want to pay when you receive your order: Cash On Delivery (COD) or Klarna. Information about COD shipments can be found on the shipping methods page verzendwijze.. If you choose Klarna, you can pay for your delivery once you receive it. You must pay the total amount within 14 days. You can also organise another way to pay with Klarna itself.


Payment methods and costs

The bank sometimes charges you for paying electronically. For Belguim, The Netherlands and germany we offer many paying options which are free. The other payment methods come with an additional fee.

Step 4 Check, place an order and pay

You have now filled in all of your personal information and you are still able to check over everything.

After you have ticked the box to say that you agree with the conditions, click on the ‘Place your order’ button. You then get sent through to the bank (Payment Provider: MultiSafePay). Other personal details that you haven’t filled in on the ‘Checkout’ page but on the bank Page, isn’t visible to Per Sempre Toys. It’s between you and the bank. 


Step 5 You have paid

After completing the payment process at the bank (MultiSafePay), you will be sent back by the bank to the webshop ‘Per Sempre Toys’.

On the screen, you will see “Your order has been received’Once the order is completed you will be sent a confirmation email. Once you have paid you will receive an email with the invoice. (If you pay online you will receive the invoice once we have received the payment). Please note that your order will only be shipped once we receive your payment. If youdo not receive your order confirmation email, please contact us.
